" I'm so grateful for Dr. Ryan Nichols for helping get rid of my sciatica pain at 28 weeks pregnant! I had been in pain for days with no relief and I was terrified that I would have this pain for the rest of my pregnancy. He was able to find the source of my pain instantly and immediately after his adjustment, I felt pain relief! It was amazing! " Dr. Nichols is the best of the best - this isn't your typical chiropractor. On the initial visit, you get an Xray along with a comprehensive health history along with some education on what he sees. The adjustments are based on the inflammation in your spine during that visit, which is AMAZING and provides instant relief. I typically go every 2-3 weeks for maintenance. I had issues with my blood work (Low platelets, high thyroid) and Dr. Nichols reviewed my labs to see how he could help. After my few months of adjustments, my labs have remained stable and am so grateful for his service!

I wish I would have had adjustments starting when I was younger for preventative measures. It's been 6+ months and my quality of life and health have improved tremendously! Definitely recommend :) "

" Dr. Nichols is AMAZING! I have had horrible lower back pain since I was in about 5th grade and I use to go to a chiropractor for years who would do adjustments but it wouldn’t fix my problem. I eventually had pain shooting down the side of my leg and soon after I heard about Dr. Nichols’ Gonstead Chiropractic technique. I got a full in-depth evaluation on my first visit which truly showed how much he cares about my health. Within a few visits my back and leg pain began to go away and now I have been going to him for about 6 months & my back and leg pain is COMPLETELY gone!!
